Challenge The Wild (Expeditions) is an outdoor event management and consultancy service brought to you by the team from Challenge The Wild. It specialises in providing unique challenges and expeditions to charities, companies, the public sector and private groups. Our team delivers events which are unique, raise profile and make a difference.

We know that it can be a lot of hard work and often a little daunting trying to organise an event. We provide a personalised and flexible service to meet the specific needs of our clients, and work closely alongside them in the planning, preparation, management and delivery of the event to ensure all the participants have to focus on is enjoying a challenge of a lifetime.

D Day Expedition 2024

On 6th June 2024, a team of veterans will join Challenge The Wild owner Dan Searson and his team, as they land on Juno Beach and return sand taken from the beach in 1944 by his grandfather, Major GS Jones.

They will then embark on an expedition like no other, by hiking 333km in just 10 days; and visit the key battlegrounds and memorials of the liberation of Europe campaign.

This is your chance to get involved and be part of our expedition. It is going to be an emotional, uplifting, unforgettable experience. Remembering the past, and all those who fell, while celebrating and supporting those who have served in the present.
